Digital Products
All Miami Stock Footage products (Volume 1, Volume 2, and the Volume 1 + Volume 2 Bundle) are sold as digital goods delivered by instant download. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download — such as a broken link or missing file — contact us at info@ArteCityMedia.com and we will resolve it at no additional cost.

USB Thumb Drive Orders
If you selected physical delivery via USB thumb drive, the same no-refund policy applies to the footage license itself. If your USB drive arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact us at info@ArteCityMedia.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@ArteCityMedia.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
