Digital Delivery
Most purchases on MiamiStockVideos.com are delivered digitally. Upon completing your order, you'll receive a download link both by email and directly on the order confirmation page. Digital download links are available for 60 days from the date of purchase — please download your files within that window, as links will expire after that time. If you need your link refreshed after expiration, contact us at info@ArteCityMedia.com.

Physical Shipping (USB Thumb Drive)
If you select the USB Thumb Drive option at checkout, your footage will be shipped to you on a physical USB drive in addition to being included in your license. Shipping is currently offered free of charge within the United States.

Processing Time
USB thumb drive orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will not receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking unless tracking is available through the shipping method used.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your USB drive arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at info@ArteCityMedia.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, physical USB shipping is available within the United States only. Digital delivery is available worldwide.
