These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiamiStockVideos.com (the "Site"), operated by Circle Tree Multimedia LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a Arte City Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Products
The Site sells digital stock video footage (Miami Stock Footage Volume 1, Volume 2, and the Bundle), delivered either as an instant digital download or, if selected, on a physical USB thumb drive shipped to you.

License to Use Footage
Purchasing footage from the Site grants you a license to use that footage under the terms of our separate License Agreement, which is provided with every purchase. The License Agreement — not these Terms — governs how you may use the footage, including permitted and prohibited uses. In the event of any conflict specific to footage usage, the License Agreement controls.

Accounts and Orders
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your email address (for digital delivery) and shipping address (for physical delivery). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.

Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including footage previews, images, and written content, is the property of Circle Tree Multimedia LLC d/b/a Arte City Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Nothing on the Site grants you rights beyond what is expressly stated in our License Agreement for purchased footage.

Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Site without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circle Tree Multimedia LLC d/b/a Arte City Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
